D.U.I.; Vehicular Homicide |

A young executive called the Firm late on Saturday night saying that he was in the DeKalb County jail, having just been arrested for D.U.I.-car-accident, and vehicular homicide, having struck and killed a pedestrian. The Firm was able to plea-bargain the case and negotiate a probated sentence which avoided incarceration, plus “First Offender” treatment, which prevented any conviction from appearing on his record. |

A local businessman shot and killed his wife, in the presence of his 11-year-old daughter, who testified against her father and for the prosecution. The father retained Keegan Federal to defend him, and Keegan succeeded in convincing the Court that the Client had acted in self-defense. The Client was acquitted of all charges. |
