Legal Malpractice & Licensing

Lawyers are subject to claims for malpractice just as are all other professionals who hold themselves out to the public as "experts" in a particular field.  When lawyers make mistakes, and cost their clients money, those lawyers are answerable in damages for those losses.

At the same time, lawyers who are improperly slandered or maligned by clients or others have a cause of action against those who improperly attempt to impugn their integrity or falsely slander their professional practices.

The Firm represents claimants against lawyers whenever the facts support such claims, and also represents lawyers in defending against unfounded claims and/or pursuing recoveries for improper injury to their professional reputations.
